We are looking for an experienced and inspirational sales leader to join our Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) business as a Regional Business Manager – South.
In this high‑impact leadership role you will drive commercial success across our Vascular Access Management (VAM) portfolio while developing a high‑performing team and building strategic partnerships within the healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Deliver or exceed annual sales revenue and profitability objectives for the region.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing sales team of Territory Managers.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned to business strategy.
- Drive a culture of Commercial Excellence, leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce to support business planning and forecasting.
- Build strong relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Partner with Commercial, Medical, Clinical, and Marketing teams to maximise business opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Coach Territory Managers through regular field visits and development plans.
- Contribute to regional leadership initiatives and cross‑portfolio projects.
- Ensure compliance with BD policies, processes, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven sales leadership experience within healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, motivate, and inspire successful sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering against revenue and profit targets.
