The Laboratory Technician will be joining a collaborative and purpose-driven team focused on ensuring the safety and performance of medical devices.
As a Laboratory Technician, you will carry out structured and exploratory testing on a range of products, contributing to the development and improvement of life-enhancing technologies.
This role involves hands-on testing, accurate data recording, and active participation in the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and equipment.,
- Perform product testing in line with established procedures, protocols, and timelines
- Record test results clearly and accurately in both physical and digital formats
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration is up to date
- Report any irregularities in test results or equipment performance promptly
- Support the development of new test methods and equipment
- Contribute to investigations, prototype evaluations, and exploratory testing
- Assist with laboratory upkeep and administrative tasks
- Provide input and support during internal and external audits
Degree in Biological or Engineering Sciences, or equivalent laboratory experience - Comfortable interpreting technical documentation and following detailed procedures
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically
- Able to manage time effectively and remain focused during repetitive tasks
- Experience with data analysis and a good level of numeracy., Data Reporting, Data Testing, Perform Testing
