Laboratory Technician in Wokingham

The Laboratory Technician will be joining a collaborative and purpose-driven team focused on ensuring the safety and performance of medical devices.

As a Laboratory Technician, you will carry out structured and exploratory testing on a range of products, contributing to the development and improvement of life-enhancing technologies.

This role involves hands-on testing, accurate data recording, and active participation in the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and equipment.,

• Perform product testing in line with established procedures, protocols, and timelines
• Record test results clearly and accurately in both physical and digital formats
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration is up to date
• Report any irregularities in test results or equipment performance promptly
• Support the development of new test methods and equipment
• Contribute to investigations, prototype evaluations, and exploratory testing
• Assist with laboratory upkeep and administrative tasks
• Provide input and support during internal and external audits
  Degree in Biological or Engineering Sciences, or equivalent laboratory experience
• Comfortable interpreting technical documentation and following detailed procedures
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically
• Able to manage time effectively and remain focused during repetitive tasks
• Experience with data analysis and a good level of numeracy., Data Reporting, Data Testing, Perform Testing
