Responsibilities include:
- Conducting 4 block updates on focus lines.
- Generating 4 block initiatives to return lines to LSA.
- Generating daily bottleneck actions and focus KPI actions.
- Providing direction to shift teams on problematic areas using data analysis from all sources including MES, PAB, and VOA.
- Driving centre lining activities for sustained line performance.
- Implementing poke yoke solutions and improvements.
- Implementing quality improvements to drive down TQN and QN to align with company metrics.
- Driving safety initiatives and improvements.
- Ascertaining opportunities for waste reductions and driving actions to completion.
- Attending meetings to provide engineering status of the line and agreeing on resource deployment and timings to close losses.
- Resolving repeat loss issues using systematic problem-solving techniques to determine root cause.
- Supporting CI projects/validations to help improve equipment reliability.
- Providing details to improve maintenance standards and execution (frequency, breakdowns, and repairs) to the Reliability Leader based on problem-solving outcomes and DTM/PPM activity.
- Coaching on continuous improvement methodologies.
