Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting 4 block updates on focus lines.
  • Generating 4 block initiatives to return lines to LSA.
  • Generating daily bottleneck actions and focus KPI actions.
  • Providing direction to shift teams on problematic areas using data analysis from all sources including MES, PAB, and VOA.
  • Driving centre lining activities for sustained line performance.
  • Implementing poke yoke solutions and improvements.
  • Implementing quality improvements to drive down TQN and QN to align with company metrics.
  • Driving safety initiatives and improvements.
  • Ascertaining opportunities for waste reductions and driving actions to completion.
  • Attending meetings to provide engineering status of the line and agreeing on resource deployment and timings to close losses.
  • Resolving repeat loss issues using systematic problem-solving techniques to determine root cause.
  • Supporting CI projects/validations to help improve equipment reliability.
  • Providing details to improve maintenance standards and execution (frequency, breakdowns, and repairs) to the Reliability Leader based on problem-solving outcomes and DTM/PPM activity.
  • Coaching on continuous improvement methodologies.
