Key Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment by performing AM/PM activities, ensuring tasks completed on-time and according to the plan.
- Work closely with Maintenance Planner to ensure maintenance tasks are well documented.
- Conduct regular maintenance audits of equipment, identifying continuous improvement opportunities to improve PM program effectiveness.
- Provide leadership for TPM activities as assigned.
- Support the organization and preparation of spare parts and other applicable materials required to complete maintenance tasks for planned maintenance periods and equipment rebuild program.
- Required to work during plant shut down periods to perform maintenance activities.
- Provide support to the manufacturing unit technical teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Assist with technical development and training opportunities for unit technical staff on all shifts.
- Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Achieved a level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- Several years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in a related plant maintenance environment, ideally maintenance activities related to production equipment within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of maintenance systems and procedures, ideally SAP.
- Knowledge of TPM manufacturing techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
- Proactive and decisive teammate with good people skills.
- Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
- Willing and able to uphold BD values.
