As the Technical Operator (night shift), you will set up and operate high-speed packaging equipment to produce quality products according to customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Ensure safe working practices throughout all areas of production.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate high-speed packaging lines, ensuring good product quality and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment or processes, taking appropriate action to minimise downtime.
- Monitor product quality and adjust as needed to meet required standards.
- Ensure all machinery is properly maintained and serviced regularly.
- Collaborate with other operators and technicians to optimise line performance and address any challenges encountered.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times, promoting a safe working environment for everyone on the shop floor.

Qualifications
- Previous experience operating high-speed packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.
