Responsibilities
- Full commercial accountability for territory performance, treating the area as a standalone business
- Clear, data‑led territory plans aligned with national and regional direction
- Consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals across NHS accounts
- Long‑term professional relationships with clinical, procurement, finance and operational teams
- Oversight of product evaluations, trials and adoption processes, including training and support
