Requirements
- Minimum three years experience working as a tester
- Demonstrable ability to write efficient and effective manual tests
- Strong interest in the technical side of information technology and software development
- Working knowledge of Ubuntu or other Linux distributions
- Experience using defect tracking tools such as Jira and Xray
- Good understanding of API testing
- Basic networking knowledge
- Basic understanding of Windows infrastructure such as Active Directory and Certificate Services
- Comfortable using command line tools
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- STEM degree or similar equivalent qualifications
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is desirable
- Knowledge of web security is desirable
- Basic understanding of API automation using Python is desirable
- Team player with attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and self-motivation
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the product and system under test
- Design, write, and maintain automated and manual test cases
- Execute test plans including scripted, exploratory, regression, and integration testing
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects
- Participate actively in Agile processes such as sprint planning and reviews to ensure quality integration
