We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Transaction Services Manager to be part of a growing boutique advisory firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing financial due diligence and transaction support engagements for clients. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage financial due diligence projects, including the review of financial, operational and commercial aspects of potential acquisitions.
- Identify and assess financial and operational risks, as well as commercial and financial opportunities.
- Provide insightful and value-adding recommendations to clients on transaction structure and pricing.
- Work closely with clients and their advisors to provide transaction support services, including pre- and post-deal analysis, financial modelling and integration planning.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and assist in business development initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring the highest standards of work are achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or corporate finance.
- Strong technical skills, including financial modelling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of professionals.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
