Job

Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Transaction Services Manager to be part of a growing boutique advisory firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing financial due diligence and transaction support engagements for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage financial due diligence projects, including the review of financial, operational and commercial aspects of potential acquisitions.
  • Identify and assess financial and operational risks, as well as commercial and financial opportunities.
  • Provide insightful and value-adding recommendations to clients on transaction structure and pricing.
  • Work closely with clients and their advisors to provide transaction support services, including pre- and post-deal analysis, financial modelling and integration planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and assist in business development initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring the highest standards of work are achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or corporate finance.
  • Strong technical skills, including financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of professionals.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
