Are you an experienced and ambitious Transaction Services Manager looking to join a growing boutique advisory firm?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead and execute financial due diligence and transaction support engagements for our clients.
As a Transaction Services Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing financial, operational, and commercial aspects of potential acquisitions, identifying and assessing risks and opportunities, and providing insightful recommendations to clients on transaction structure and pricing.
You'll work closely with clients and their advisors to provide pre- and post-deal analysis, financial modelling, and integration planning, while developing and maintaining strong client relationships and assisting in business development initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or corporate finance.
You should possess strong technical skills in financial modelling and data analysis, excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills, and strong leadership skills to manage a team of professionals.
The ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment is essential.
