I'm currently working with a global professional services firm, well-established across Energy, Transport, and Infrastructure, to help find a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join their high-performing communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a wide range of creative work and have real influence on how the brand is represented across digital, print, and motion.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing on-brand creative assets for internal and external use (e.g. social media graphics, brochures, infographics, maps, presentations, video content)
  • Acting as a brand guardian - ensuring quality and consistency across all visual outputs
  • Supporting wider campaigns and initiatives across internal comms, early careers, responsible business, and firmwide events
  • Collaborating with the Brand & Design Manager to evolve the visual identity and creative direction
  • Providing guidance and feedback to junior designers in the team
  • Managing multiple design projects and deadlines with confidence and clarity

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Graphic Design role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand-led design across digital and print
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • PowerPoint (inc. animations/transitions)
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro (inc. interactive PDFs)
  • Bonus if you also have experience with video and audio editing
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
