Overview

We are supporting a strategic business systems integration programme following the merger of two technology-led organisations. While internal IT teams continue to manage infrastructure and administrative tooling, this programme is focused on aligning business-critical platforms-ERP, CRM, and ITSM-to enable unified trading as a single legal entity by FY2026. This role is part of a blended delivery team and will play a key role in shaping systems architecture across domains, ensuring validated business requirements are translated into structured, scalable delivery inputs.

Role Summary

The Integration Architect will lead systems analysis and integration design across ERP, CRM, and ITSM domains. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to define integration patterns, document system requirements, and support the packaging of work for delivery. Candidates must bring strong ERP architecture experience-preferably with NetSuite-and demonstrate confidence in designing integrations across adjacent platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis

  • Engage stakeholders across finance, sales, operations, and service to extract, challenge, and validate integration needs.
  • Translate business requirements into structured documentation to support MVP and target-state delivery.
  • Ensure traceability and clarity across internal and third-party delivery teams.

Cross-Domain Integration Design

  • Define and document integration flows and architectural models across ERP, CRM, and ITSM domains.
  • Ensure platform interactions support unified processes and data visibility across the organisation.
  • Develop deliverables that enable both internal configuration and scoped outsourcing of work packages.

ERP Architecture Focus

  • Lead ERP integration design, with NetSuite as the system of record for core finance and operations.
  • Candidates with experience in comparable platforms (e.g. Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) will also be considered.

CRM and ITSM Systems Integration

  • Contribute to integration design for CRM and ITSM systems, supporting functional simplification and process alignment across platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
  • Ensure architectural consistency and rigour across all three system domains.

Documentation and Delivery Support

  • Produce clear, structured documentation to support implementation, including interface definitions, system flows, and architectural models.
  • Support the Integration Consultant in sequencing work, validating feasibility, and preparing scoped technical deliverables for external partners.

Stakeholder Alignment

  • Collaborate with the programme delivery lead to ensure architectural decisions are understood, validated, and agreed.
  • Interface with business SMEs and IT leads across both organisations to drive clarity, resolve dependencies, and support delivery confidence.
