About the role:

Opportunity for a strategic and well-connected Head of Business Development to lead international market expansion. Join a lean UK team and help shape regional strategy, delivering high impact infrastructure progammes.

  • Lead business development strategy across targeted international markets.Identify and secure multilateral-funded opportunities, form JV/consortium partnerships, and positioning the company for high-impact tenders and frameworks across priority regions.
  • Build and manage relationships with public agencies, funders, and private partners.
  • Drive proposal development, JV formation, and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align commercial and technical inputs.

About you:

  • Experienced in infrastructure consultancy, particularly in transport.
  • Regional BD experience in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
  • Strong track record in donor-funded or PPP projects (e.g., World Bank, EBRD, ADB, AfDB).
  • Skilled in EOIs, RFPs, and international tendering processes.
