Award winning creative agency based in the heart of central Manchester's NQ is looking for a Mid Weight Strategist to join their collaborative team! Hybrid work scheme.
You will be responsible for leading on research and developing strategies for clients in order to meet their marketing & brand objectives.
You will need to be adept at both qualitative & quantitative research, using modern & analytical skills to unlock insights.
As an innovative problem solver, you'll be constantly seeking new ways to connect with audiences through new & existing platforms.
It is essential that you have previous agency experience, managing medium to large scale research projects.
You will be collaborating closely with Creatives, Strategists, Commercial Teams and Researchers to create compelling campaign ideas & executions, as well as translating strategy in ways that inspire rather than constrain.
Key skills will involve experience of planning multi-channel social, influencer and content marketing campaigns.
You will have strategic input into any new business pitches, and present at these when required.
Your role will require you to prepare campaign strategy, campaign messaging, content strategy & ensuring this runs from strategy through to execution of all campaign assets.
Other parts of this role will include conducting research and analysing data to develop effective creative strategies for clients.
Then communicating research findings to stakeholders and making recommendations for improvements.
Any additional experience in the following areas are advantageous, but not 100% essential... experience working in betting markets and sponsorship delivery, or experience working in the middle east, or a passion for music, sports, gaming or entertainment.
