A well recognised global FMCG drinks brand is looking for a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager for their 9-12 month FTC covering maternity leave in Hertfordshire. Hybrid/Flexible. Start ASAP!

This role requires someone who is a strong Brand Manager who can successfully lead complex projects and drive innovation across the business.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Innovation Leadership - Direct experience leading Innovation & MPD initiatives (Market Product Development)
  • Ownership of innovation pipelines from concept through to execution
  • Strong Brand Management within a leading FMCG environment
  • Comfortable partnering across marketing, commercial and cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex development projects
  • Project Leadership - Evidence of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects
  • Strong PM capability rather than purely operational & brand management
  • Able to drive delivery, manage timelines, influence stakeholders and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams
  • Able to build & manage strategic relationships
  • Strong collaboration with commercial partners and broader business functions

Focussing on Accelerating Innovation & Innovation Lead, you will be joining a creative and supportive team driven to lead this agenda across the channels. You will be building collaborative and positive working relationships with the brand marketing community.

You will need experience in managing projects and building strong stakeholder relationships. It is essential that you have previous brand leadership experience within FMCG, ideally working on a significant scale brand.

You will be liaising with 3rd party creative & activation agencies, as well as strategic partners. A high level of brand P&L value management experience is required, as well as strong project management, planning and delivery skills.

A key area for this role is having the creativity in delivering an inspiring and compelling vision and brand strategy.

Other duties will include:

  • Experience in strategic brand and business planning with sound evidence of consumer & shopper insight-led strategy implementation
  • Demonstrable track record of success driving a brand led agenda within commercial, matrix organisations, resulting in brand equity growth and enhanced business profitability
  • XF team management experience with ability to inspire, grow and develop people in a matrix structure
