We are looking for a senior Product Designer with strong UX and UI skills to lead the end-to-end design for a high-impact AI analytics platform. The Role
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design strategy for a core enterprise product, balancing user needs with strict compliance and business goals.

Your Profile
- 6–8+ years of experience tackling complex, enterprise-level web applications.
- AI Sophistication: You understand AI UX beyond prompt engineering. You can design for trade-offs between latency, accuracy, and helpfulness.
- High-Trust Expertise: Experience in regulated industries (FinTech, HealthTech, GovTech, etc.) where "getting it right" is a requirement. A proven ability to take dense, multi-step workflows and turn them into elegant, efficient experiences.
- Figma Power-User: Expert-level skills; you don't just use design systems—you evolve them.
- Collaborative Lead: Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
