Exciting opportunity to join a Talent Management Agency for a 7 month maternity contract. Based in South Manchester, Hybrid working, Pro-rata salary.
This role is predominantly managing social talent within the fashion, lifestyle, beauty and content creator sectors. Your role will involve overseeing talent selection, briefing and deliverables. Also managing talent and brand contracting, as well as approving all talent-related campaign elements.
You will be managing x2 Talent Executives and working in partnership with an agency to provide an integrated offering across retail activations & events.
Previous line-management experience is essential as you will be providing guidance and have oversight for a small team across all talent management campaigns.
You will need past experience of successfully building relationships and rapport, as well as juggling different aspects of the role and be able to manage a roster of talent. Excellent organisation skills are essential!
