Exciting creative agency with amazing clients based in central Manchester is looking for a Senior Resource Manager who has in-depth experience with Monday.com (essential). You will also need to have experience managing the workflow for Large Teams and freelancers.
The purpose of this role is to efficiently plan, manage and oversee the daily deployment of the agency\’s creative and project resources, including freelance partnerships, ensuring optimal utilisation and timely delivery of top-class work.
You will need previous agency experience as a Traffick Manager or Resource Manager, and have extensive knowledge of creative agency workflows and real-time resource requirements.
This role will suit someone who has the ability to manage high volumes of concurrent projects in a fast-paced and agile agency environment. You will be a highly organised individual with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage high demands across multiple clients.
You will need extensive hands-on experience with Monday.com as you will using this on a daily basis and providing training across the agency. You will also be analysing and producing reports on workflow data & utilisation, as well as improving productivity, visibility and resource scheduling.
You must have the ability to build strong relationships and rapport with internal & external stakeholders, teams, suppliers and talent. You will be liaising with client services teams, strategic teams and creative leadership contacts to ensure project timelines and resource allocations are met within agreed parameters.
This role would suit a natural problem solver who thrives in changing and complex environments.
