Well established organisation & brand based in North Manchester is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their growing creative team. This role will initially be on-site full-time and will then become Hybrid after your probation period (3 days on-site and 2 days working from home).

The role offers variety, with a mixture of 70% hands‑on Graphic Design and 30% Art Direction. You must come from a fashion and lifestyle background with a deep understanding around typography, layout and colour palette.

You will be working across a wide range of print & digital projects, seasonal campaigns, events, brand work, icon & logo design, look books, trade material, packaging, social media, email and web design. You will need to be a visual storyteller who can come up with fresh ideas & concepts as well as BAU work.

As well as being hands‑on with design, you will also need a good understanding of art direction. Your role will involve art directing photoshoots & video productions, whilst liaising with stylists, photographers and videographers who bring creative concepts to life.

You will be overseeing an experienced Artworker in the team, so previous people management experience is required. Your role will involve managing the creative workflow, prioritising projects, adhering to deadlines, guiding the Artworker and maintaining a high standard of design quality.
