I’m currently working with a global professional services firm, well-established across Energy, Transport, and Infrastructure, to help find a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join their high-performing communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a wide range of creative work and have real influence on how the brand is represented across digital, print, and motion.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing on-brand creative assets for internal and external use (e.g. social media graphics, brochures, infographics, maps, presentations, video content)
- Acting as a brand guardian – ensuring quality and consistency across all visual outputs
- Supporting wider campaigns and initiatives across internal comms, early careers, responsible business, and firmwide events
- Collaborating with the Brand & Design Manager to evolve the visual identity and creative direction
- Providing guidance and feedback to junior designers in the team
- Managing multiple design projects and deadlines with confidence and clarity
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a Senior Graphic Design role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand-led design across digital and print
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- PowerPoint (inc. animations/transitions)
- Adobe Acrobat Pro (inc. interactive PDFs)
- Bonus if you also have experience with video and audio editing
- Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
