I’m working with a well-established communications agency in central London to find a talented Middleweight Designer to join their busy, dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate closely with senior creative leads, delivering high-quality design solutions across both print and digital for a diverse range of clients and sectors.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Developing original design concepts from initial briefs
  • Working alongside senior creatives to shape and deliver multi-channel campaigns
  • Producing polished work across print (branding, marketing collateral, presentations) and digital (web, social media campaigns)
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines independently while communicating confidently with clients
  • Supporting junior designers and beginning to take on team leadership responsibilities
  • Organising your workload to meet deadlines and budget constraints
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and contributing fresh ideas that add real value
  • Assisting with pitch preparations and confidently presenting creative ideas to prospective clients
  • Representing the agency professionally and embracing company values and standards

What you\’ll bring:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print and digital design, grounded in solid typography, colour theory, and layout skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Sketch is advantageous
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client communications effectively
  • A creative eye with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • An understanding of agency operations and business goals, with good time management skills (experience with project management tools like Monday.com a plus)
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback
