Head of Design/Creative in England

Overview

Well established organisation based in Cheshire is looking for a Head of Design/Creative to join their team for a Maternity Leave Contract which could last up to 8 months and will start in March this year. Hybrid & Flexible working. Salary will be Pro-rata. Great opportunity to join a great team who work with some impressive, well-recognised client brands!

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 Designers, a Photographer and Freelancers.
• Provide man-management and line management to the design team.
• Take a hands-on approach to design, putting together client visuals and mock-ups as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver design solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in home textiles such as bedding, blankets, cushions, accessories and towels.
• Licensing experience.
• Brand guardian for clients.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to liaise with buying and sales teams, external suppliers, freelancers and other internal departments.
