Responsibilities
The Influence Team are looking for a Talent Manager to manage their rostered Creators across the fashion and beauty sectors. Your role will involve: Overseeing campaigns from fee negotiation through to delivery
Handling all inbound requests for talent
Developing and strengthening relationships with our creators
Conducting IG and TikTok platform audits
Shaping content & career strategy for each talent
Building tailored sales strategies and outreach per talent
Cultivating relationships with brands and partners
Essential experience
Running brand or agency social media accounts
Social media strategy and auditing
Outbound sales and pitching strategy
Creator/brand building
Agency experience (2 years)
