Associate Director at Become Recruitment UK. CREATOR MANAGER / TALENT MANAGER, SOUTH MANCHESTER AGENCY. Creative agency based in South Manchester is looking for a Creator Manager / Talent Manager to join their growing team! Hybrid working.

Responsibilities

  • The Influence Team are looking for a Talent Manager to manage their rostered Creators across the fashion and beauty sectors. Your role will involve: Overseeing campaigns from fee negotiation through to delivery
  • Handling all inbound requests for talent
  • Developing and strengthening relationships with our creators
  • Conducting IG and TikTok platform audits
  • Shaping content & career strategy for each talent
  • Building tailored sales strategies and outreach per talent
  • Cultivating relationships with brands and partners

Essential experience

  • Running brand or agency social media accounts
  • Social media strategy and auditing
  • Outbound sales and pitching strategy
  • Creator/brand building
  • Agency experience (2 years)
