Established, creative agency based in Manchester's city centre is looking for an Operations Manager to join their Op's team. Hybrid working.
This role would suit an Operations Manager who has worked within a creative agency before. You will need to be highly organised with excellent communication skills and smooth problem-solving abilities.
You may have come from a background which includes Operations, Project Management, or Client Services within an agency. You will be leading across core processes, policies, infrastructure, and compliance.
This will be an extremely varied & rewarding role. Duties will include:
- Leading & rolling out software or change initiatives
- Being hands-on with IT infrastructure & Cybersecurity
- Liaising & negotiating with suppliers
- Supporting the resource team when needed
Previous annual compliance and audit checking experience will be essential for this role, as you will need to ensure the agency meets the specific operational and security requirements for their global partners and organise training on these areas.
Other elements of this role will include office management, making sure the agency meets HSE standards, and co-ordinating office refurb projects.
