A well-established Manchester-based organisation is looking for a talented Junior Designer to join its in-house Creative Studio team, based in the heart of the Northern Quarter. This is a fully on-site role, working alongside a collaborative and supportive creative team five days a week.

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced position offering the opportunity to work across a wide range of creative projects, including:

  • Packaging concepts and product mock-ups
  • Client visuals and sales presentations
  • Brochures, sales sheets and promotional materials
  • Social media graphics and website banners
  • Online product imagery and marketing collateral

Working primarily within the FMCG, packaging and marketing sectors, you’ll be confident interpreting artwork briefs and adhering to established brand guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work across multiple projects
  • Comfortable taking feedback and implementing amendments accurately
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

You’ll work closely with the in-house design, marketing and product development teams, contributing creative ideas while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
