Freelance Senior Project Manager (Med-Comms / Digital)
Contract: 3-month initial engagement (with potential extension up to 12 months)

Day Rate: £325 via an Umbrella company
We’re looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to support the delivery of digital and creative projects within a fast-paced Med-Comms environment. This is a freelance role suited to someone who can confidently manage multiple workstreams, ensure compliance, and act as a central point of coordination across teams.
The Role
You’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, translating client requirements into clear plans and ensuring work is executed on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Working across client services, scientific, and creative/development teams, you’ll play a key role in driving collaboration and maintaining momentum across concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate client briefs into structured project plans, timelines, and actionable tasks
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital and creative deliverables, ensuring quality and Med-Comms compliance
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including resource allocation and workload forecasting
- Act as the central point of contact between Client Services, Scientific, and Creative/Development teams
- Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within an agency or consultancy environment
- Strong background in Medical Communications and digital production
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
