A creative integrated B2B agency based in Merseyside is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their Client Services team. Hybrid working with occasional travel once a month down south.
Acting as the day-to-day key contact for your clients, you will be building strong client relationships with stakeholders and delivering integrated B2B campaigns across channels such as digital, social, content, events, video, motion, 3D, AR and VR.
Your role will involve co-ordinating client services teams in the HQ office in Merseyside and the second office down south, requiring monthly travel to collaborate between both client services teams. All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.
You will be monitoring the performance of live campaigns and work with data and analytics to generate insight and optimisation recommendations. A key part of your role will be to contribute towards account growth by identifying opportunities to deepen the agency's remit with pitches, proposals, cross-sell initiatives and RFP responses.
You will own the day-to-day project management including status reports, timelines, risk management and stakeholder communications.
