We are working with a busy production agency based in West London, specializing in exhibitions, events, and fashion retail displays. They are looking to hire a Project Coordinator to support Senior Project Managers on a key retail account. The role involves managing jobs and projects at all levels, liaising directly with clients, studio, and production teams to ensure timely and precise delivery of briefs. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for coordinating high-quality work within time and budget constraints.
Main duties include:
- Supporting senior team members in client communications and acting as the primary contact for some accounts.
- Receiving and interpreting client briefs for quoting and project management.
- Updating clients regularly on project status and fulfilling their needs.
- Coordinating spreadsheets for rollouts, managing data, and analyzing for quoting.
- Liaising with studio, manufacturing, dispatch, and installation teams to track progress and update clients.
- Preparing installation briefs for bespoke projects.
