- Undertake all aspects of contract evaluation and governance including KPIs.
- Monitor sub-contractor contract compliance with KPIs and take appropriate actions in collaboration with line management and stakeholders.
- Draft standard contract documents such as non-disclosure agreements, change control documents, framework schedules, etc., and implement action plans to manage risks.
- Provide excellent customer experience, demonstrating knowledge, pride, and commitment to loyalty.
- Manage performance and financial statistics for both Beckman Coulter and sub-contractors, identify opportunities to reduce costs, and pursue continual improvements in performance.
Knowledge of Managed Services with account management experience, delivering and monitoring contract performance/compliance. - Excellent customer service, business management techniques, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a team on complex projects, managing multiple stakeholders with varying agendas.
- Outstanding planning and organisational skills with proven success in strategic plan creation and contract performance.
- Understanding of public procurement and supplier management in a laboratory setting.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
- Ability to travel - the role requires 70% travel, including days dedicated to customer sites; some wider travel with overnight stays may be required.
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
