This role is located in London, supporting our largest customer, South West London Pathology.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Undertake all aspects of contract evaluation and governance, including KPIs.
- Monitor sub-contractor contract compliance, evaluating KPIs and taking appropriate actions with line management and stakeholders.
- Draft standard contract documents such as non-disclosure agreements, change control documents, and framework schedules.
- Provide excellent customer experience through knowledge and professionalism.
- Manage performance and financial statistics for Beckman Coulter and sub-contractors, identify opportunities to control costs, and pursue continual improvements.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Knowledge of Managed Services with account management experience, including contract performance and compliance monitoring.
- Excellent customer service, business-management techniques, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a team on complex projects managing multiple stakeholders with varying agendas.
- Outstanding planning and organisational skills with evidence of successful strategic and contract performance execution.
- Understanding of public procurement and supplier management in a laboratory setting.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time, including days at SWLP offices; occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Tender proposal management.
- Procurement and supply chain processes.
