We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer for the South West area of the UK who will conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines the most cost‑effective solution. Escalates complex issues to a higher level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Demonstrates the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. Communicates and listens honestly and creates empathy with the customer, colleagues and collaborators.
Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma, proficient English is mandatory.
- Open to travel, (driving license is mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well.
- Experience with Salesforce will be beneficial.
