We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer for the London area of the UK who will conduct service, repair and installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. The role includes diagnosing system failures and determining the most cost‑effective solutions, escalating complex issues to higher‑level technical support or the quality reporting system, and developing new customer service/product agreements.
Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or a Biotech/Electronic Secondary School Diploma; proficient English is mandatory.
- Openness to travel; driving licence mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
- Experience with Salesforce is beneficial.
