We are seeking an experienced Play and Club Leader to join the Willow Wrap Around Care team at Beckfoot Nessfield Primary School. The role supports learning, promotes inclusion, and helps all students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside teaching staff to support learning.
  • Promote inclusion and help students achieve their full potential.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families, modeling our values of Kindness, Hard Work, and Ambition.
  • Create a calm, safe, and purposeful learning environment.
  • Take ownership of an established club and grow it into stronger provision for children and families.
  • Support the learning of students across a broad range of abilities and backgrounds.
  • Provide consistent support during Term Time hours (Mon–Fri 7:00‑9:00 am and 3:00‑6:00 pm).
