You'll be leading and supporting our friendly IT team, working closely with colleagues across schools and central services, ensuring staff and students feel confident, supported and listened to, and creating calm, reliable, human-centered IT services. You'll still use your IT knowledge, but your ability to communicate, listen, guide and lead will be just as important.
Beckfoot Trust is a diverse, inclusive, people-centered organisation, bringing together 10 schools across primary, secondary and special settings.
What our colleagues value most:
- A strong sense of purpose — everything we do supports children and communities
- A collaborative, collegiate culture where relationships matter
- Clear roles, trust, and psychological safety
- Professional development, training, and support from senior leaders
- A medium-sized Trust where everyone knows they belong
You’ll be part of a Central Team that works closely with schools — supporting the frontline where impact matters most.
