We are seeking an experienced Play and Club Leader to support the learning of students and promote inclusion. You will work alongside teaching staff to help all students achieve their full potential, build strong relationships, and model our values of Kindness, Hard-work and Ambition in a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run a play and club programme that meets the needs and interests of diverse learners
- Work collaboratively as part of a team with teaching staff and other support personnel
- Promote equality and inclusion in all activities
- Encourage students to aim higher than they think they can achieve, providing both support and encouragement.

- Has high expectations of themselves and others
- Experience of working with children of all abilities and backgrounds, and a proven ability to take ownership of a programme, would also be desirable.
Working Pattern
Permanent part-time (25 hours per week, Term Time only) Monday to Friday 7:00–9:00 and 3:00–6:00, plus 5 days on other days as required.
