Beckfoot Phoenix is seeking a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our busy and dedicated team as the Office Manager. The Office Manager will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our school. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, managing data and communication, organising key systems, and supporting colleagues across the school within Pastoral and Community Services.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence. We are looking for someone who:
