Beckfoot Thornton is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Support Worker who is passionate about making a real difference to young people's lives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the wellbeing, safety and inclusion of students.
- Work closely with staff, families and external agencies to create a supportive school environment where all students feel understood and able to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Committed to improving the lives of young people, especially those with barriers to their learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Works well in a team and is confident working independently when needed.
- Demonstrates professionalism, resilience and commitment to inclusion.

Contract Details:
- This is a permanent, full-time contract.
- You will work 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (+5 Days).
- Working Pattern: Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
