Beckfoot Thornton is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Support Worker who is passionate about making a real difference to young people's lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the wellbeing, safety and inclusion of students.
  • Work closely with staff, families and external agencies to create a supportive school environment where all students feel understood and able to succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Committed to improving the lives of young people, especially those with barriers to their learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Works well in a team and is confident working independently when needed.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, resilience and commitment to inclusion.
  • Shares our vision for creating remarkable schools where no child is left behind.

Contract Details:

  • This is a permanent, full-time contract.
  • You will work 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (+5 Days).
  • Working Pattern: Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
