Beckfoot School is seeking a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our busy and dedicated team as a Receptionist. You will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of our school by welcoming visitors, managing data and communication, organising key systems, and supporting colleagues across the school. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment and be able to manage competing priorities with confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the school values of Enjoy, Learn, Succeed.
  • Professional, friendly, and able to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, families and visitors.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident using digital systems.
  • Support the day‑to‑day running of the school by welcoming visitors, managing data and communication, organising key systems, and supporting colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE Mathematics & English at Grade C/4/Level 2 Functional Skills or equivalent.

Position Details:

  • This is a permanent part‑time position for 35 hours a week, term time only.
  • Working pattern: 7:45am to 3:15pm, Monday to Friday.
