You will bring proven experience in delivering high-quality HR advice across a broad range of employment matters, working closely with our senior leaders. A strong understanding of employment law is essential, alongside excellent time management and communication skills. You will also demonstrate tact, diplomacy, empathy, patience and resilience when navigating complex and sometimes sensitive situations.
