Beckfoot Upper Heaton is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Head of Year to join our ambitious and values-driven team. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference to young people's lives and supporting them to thrive both academically and personally.
As Head of Year, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, safety and inclusion of students. Working closely with teaching staff, families and external agencies, you will help create a school environment where all students feel supported, understood, and able to succeed.
