We are seeking to appoint an experienced Inclusion Room Lead who is committed to supporting the learning of students to join our dedicated team at Beckfoot Thornton. You will work alongside teaching staff to support learning, promote inclusion, and help all students to achieve their full potential. You will build strong relationships, model our values of Enjoy‑Learn‑Succeed, and help create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment.

This is a permanent, full‑time position, where you will be working 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (+5 days). Work Pattern: Monday — Thursday, 8.00 am – 4.00 pm, Friday, 8.00 am – 3.30 pm.
