Beckfoot School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a real difference to young people’s lives. As a Pastoral Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, safety, and inclusion of our students. Working closely with staff, families, and external agencies, you will support in creating a school environment where all students feel supported, understood and able to succeed.

This is a permanent, full‑time role. Work 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (+5 days). Working pattern: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm.
