Beckfoot Phoenix is seeking a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our busy and dedicated team as the Office Manager. The role will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of our school, welcoming visitors, managing data and communication, organising key systems and supporting colleagues across the school within Pastoral and Community Services.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Role Details

  • Permanent, Full‑time role.
  • SO1 SCP 23 - SCP 25.
  • Working hours: 37 hours per week, all year round.
  • Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
