What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t a “stand and watch” role. You’ll be right in the middle of it:
Keeping the line running smoothly and on plan (no drift, no excuses)
Owning the paperwork – accurate, tidy, done right first time
Driving the team to hit KPIs and celebrating when you do
Spotting issues early and fixing them before they become problems
Making sure Health & Safety and food safety standards are always nailed
Setting the tone on shift – organised, focused, and positive

You’ve worked on a production line and know how it really runs
You’re already the one people look to when things go wrong
You’re confident speaking up and guiding others
You understand food safety (Level 2 is a bonus, not a deal breaker)
