Becketts Foods is looking for a Finance Controller to play a pivotal role in our Protein Division. We need someone who can stabilise, modernise and lead the full finance lifecycle while becoming a trusted partner to both finance and operational leadership. This is more than a reporting role; it’s an opportunity to shape how finance drives performance, supports decision-making and influences the future of the business.
The Role: As Finance Controller, you’ll lead the local management accounting operation, owning everything from daily performance reporting to month-end close, while driving improvements in forecasting, governance and financial insight. You’ll work closely with the Finance Director and partner with operations, supply chain and site leadership to ensure finance is not just reporting the past but actively shaping the future.
