Becketts Foods is a leading food processing company which has been operating in the CV2 area of Coventry since 1983. As a thriving business, we are proud to offer our colleagues stability and the promise of long-term future working. We are recruiting for a team leader to join the day shift team. This role would ideally suit someone who is looking for a new challenge, or someone who is keen to take a step up in their career, the role is working in a chilled environment.
You will ensure accurate and efficient line performance through the team, with compliance to both food safety and Health and Safety.
Responsibilities include:- Paperwork compliance
- Meet KPI targets
- Adhere to labour plan
- Reporting of all issues/errors quickly and efficiently
- Health and Safety compliance
- Food safety compliance
- Knowledge of a production line is essential
- Food Safety Level 2 desirable
- Experience of managing a small team
- Clear effective communication
- Focused on delivering results with and through people
- Identifying opportunities to improve
- Building a united team
- Have a can-do attitude and be self-sufficient
- Previous team leader experience
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be required)
Salary: £29,049.40 per annum
