The Role

We are currently recruiting for our Curing/Slicing Department. This role involves working in a chilled and wet production environment, processing raw meat products including gammon and bacon to customer specifications and company quality standards.

Key duties include:

  • Processing and preparing meat products
  • Working within company food safety and hygiene standards
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting
  • Repetitive production tasks
  • Following customer specifications accurately

Please note that this role involves a high level of physical activity, including repetitive movement and lifting. Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
