Becketts Foods is a leading food processing company operating in the CV2 area of Coventry since 1983. We are now recruiting additional colleagues to join our team. We offer our colleagues stability and a long‑term future working for a thriving business.
This vacancy will be in the Curing/slicing department. This role works in a chilled and wet environment. You will be processing raw meat (gammon / bacon) according to customer specifications and company standards. Working in the curing department, there is a large degree of manual handling, heavy lifting and repetitive movement required. On‑the‑job training is provided for all employees, but previous experience within food production would be an advantage.
Shift pattern and pay
- Monday to Friday 2 pm – 10 pm.
- Pay rate is £12.87 per hour, overtime available and paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours.
