Déplacements fréquents sur toute la France (environ 70% du temps en déplacements). Le reste du temps, vous serez présent sur notre laboratoire Développement à Montbrison (42). Rattaché(e) au Business Manager ACE France, vous êtes un maillon clé chez nos clients (principalement sur le secteur France).
- Vous êtes présent(e) chez les clients pour traiter les dossiers techniques en cours (lancement nouveaux produits, nouvelles machines, essais…).
- Vous établissez les préconisations aux clients par rapport à l’utilisation finale de la peinture.
- Vous êtes un relais commercial, grâce à votre parfaite connaissance de nos produits.
- Vous êtes force de proposition et documentez des améliorations produit/process au client.
- Vous travaillez en lien avec nos laboratoires pour traiter les demandes et exigences du client.
- Vous assurez le traitement des réclamations techniques.
- Vous êtes en charge d'effectuer les applications au sein du laboratoire ACE de Montbrison (42), en fonction des besoins (en utilisant des outils de pulvérisation type airmix, électrostatique, robot…).
La technique est au cœur de votre quotidien ! Vous aimez manipuler, appliquer la peinture, trouver des solutions innovantes avec les clients... Ce poste est fait pour vous !
Une expérience professionnelle de 5 ans sur une fonction similaire est un plus, idéalement dans le domaine de la peinture industrielle. Vous avez une forte dimension technique et êtes à l’aise dans le conseil. Vous êtes flexible et disponible, vous aurez des déplacements fréquents, principalement en France. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'écoute, d'analyse, votre rigueur, et votre capacité à trouver des solutions. Vous êtes à l'aise dans la rédaction de rapports techniques et l'outil informatique. Votre sens du client et du service seront des qualités indispensables. Autonome, vous avez une forte capacité à convaincre et à vous adapter.
Ce poste sera rattaché administrativement à notre site de Montbrison, mais une localisation partout en France est possible. La maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel est indispensable pour le lien avec le groupe.
